I was excited to see the book was available at that time only from your publisher, Aurhorhouse US who takes more than 2 weeks to print the book and I am still waiting to received it. When I saw today that the book is now on amazon.com, I call the publisher to see if I could cancel the order and get it today from amazon.com but they said it was too late to cancel. What a way to do business in the 21st century!
