We are pleased to announce that the book is now available for ordering from Aurhorhouse. In Europe, Authorhouse UK has the book here.
We have intentionally kept the price as low as possible, and not having a greedy publisher, the book is actually very cheap. The paperback version (ISBN 9781438996066) is $20.99 (US) and £14.50 (UK) . The $29.99 hardcover version (ISBN 9781438996073) should be available for ordering in about a week.
The book should also become available through Amazon etc. very soon now, although at a slightly higher price (listprice paperback $23.99 and hardcover $34.99).So order your copy from Authorhouse!
